We are looking for someone who would be interested in constantly testing new products in affiliate marketing.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">The company is constantly generating new traffic, not only bringing new customers to their sites but also helping to identify the strengths and weaknesses of products with the help of these customers. This allows the product team to improve these products.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What you need to succeed in this role:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">1+ year of experience as an Affiliate manager in iGaming (tier-1/tier-2);</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Upper-intermediate English or higher;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Upper-intermediate Portuguese or higher;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience as an Affiliate manager with strong planning and organisational skills;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">A strong negotiator with excellent written and verbal skills;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to understand and interpret data to make informed decisions and drive profitability;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience with CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and other Affiliate Deals;</span></li>\n<li>Good analytics and fraud management skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">You will be expected to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Develop and expand existing and new affiliates;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Fulfil department and personal KPIs;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Regularly review affiliate performances to measure affiliate effectiveness and ensure profitability;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Identifying and monitoring the ROI;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Monitor the affiliate’s marketing spend, and ensure it is in line with agreed budgets;</span></li>\n<li>Ensure all affiliates’ marketing material is up to date: campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, links, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">About our corporate culture:</span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">As an international team, we are motivated by the freedom to do our best work.
