This is what sets us apart from the crowd.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary: $24- $32/hr DOE </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform general duties in accordance with Element's internal procedures, quality as well as Health and Safety system</li>\n <li>Following all written procedures</li>\n <li>Interpretation of internal and client requirements</li>\n <li>Apply an array of testing techniques in a rational and practical style to help examine issues and build solutions</li>\n <li>Operating testing equipment</li>\n <li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of test standards, product test procedures, and instrumentation.</li>\n <li>Application of instrumentation and the setting up of complex data capture equipment</li>\n <li>Report writing, data interpretation and analysis</li>\n <li>Perform other duties to fulfil the demands of the laboratory</li>\n <li>Maintain client confidentiality at all times</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills / Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hands-on job</li>\n <li>Strong mechanical aptitude</li>\n <li>Strong technical knowledge</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Excellent attention to detail</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze and compile testing data from the tests performed</li>\n <li>Self-motivated with the ability to multitask, organize and work under the pressure of a busy commercial test laboratory</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of laboratory safety</li>\n <li>In-depth understanding of testing concepts</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
