They are responsible for delivering tour-level club fitting experiences through providing in-depth club fitting knowledge while also possessing the interpersonal skills to sell relationally to our clients. Master Fitters are also responsible for building networks, managing customer relationships, assisting with all store operations as required by their manager and must be able to travel weekly.</p>\n\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS </strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Conducts innovative tour-level fitting experiences</li>\n\t<li>Reads, interprets, and explains data points in the club fitting process</li>\n\t<li>Oversees customer relations for their studio and personal clients</li>\n\t<li>Maintain brand standards</li>\n\t<li>Grows, maintains, and manages a network of business personally and across their studio</li>\n\t<li>Build golf clubs to tightest tolerances in the industry</li>\n\t<li>Utilizes relational selling methods to grow business metrics</li>\n\t<li>Weekly travel required</li>\n\t<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p>\n\n<p>The hourly rate for this role is $19.23 to $24.04 per hour. This is the lowest to highest hourly rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee&rsquo;s particular pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.</p>\n\n<p>This job is also eligible for Commission and Performance Bonus pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including; paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and life insurance to eligible employees.
