    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>PCC Cooking Class Assistants help ensure a fun, safe, and educational environment during PCC Cooking Classes Kids’ and Teens’ Camps. During classes, they provide excellent, professional customer service to both external and internal customers. They provide support to the instructor, including classroom set-up, student support, food prep, washing dishes, and clean up. Shops, as needed, for class ingredients at PCC Community Markets.  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provides excellent, professional customer service to both external and internal customers  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assists, supports, and supervises PCC Cooking Classes Kids’ Camp attendees during class  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provides support to the instructor, including classroom set-up, food prep, serving, washing dishes, and clean up. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Works effectively as part of a team, collaborating with the instructor and fellow assistants. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Follows safe food-handling procedures. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Ensures classroom is properly cleaned and communicates classroom issues to the Co-op Chef </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>This position works consistently at a light physical work level and may be asked to work on occasion at a medium or heavy physical work level when supporting stores or other offsite events. Frequently required to sit, walk, reach, and grasp. There may be exposure to certain allergens and / or chemicals.
