    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Peoplevisor is seeking an experienced <span style=\"color: black;\">Oracle Cloud HCM Sr. Principal Consultant to </span>provide functional leadership for assigned project role with focus on implementing, maintaining and supporting Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM applications and any relative solution design, business process analysis, and system integration. This role will be responsible for providing functional Oracle HCM or Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM leadership and guidance to our client’s regarding \"industry leading practices\" and the functionality of the E-Business Suite software or Cloud /Fusion HCM modules.  They will create and maintain effective client relationships and will participate in, and support, profitable business development.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\"> </span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">KEY EXPECTATIONS</span></span></p><p><br></p><ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM functionality.</span></li>\r\n<li>Configure the Cloud/Fusion HCM Application based on client requirements.</li>\r\n<li>Provide functional application leadership and guidance to client regarding \"leading practices\" and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.</li>\r\n<li>Work with client to develop business solution designs to ensure that business requirements are met.</li>\r\n<li>Provide thought leadership around industry leading practices for improving operational efficiencies and profitability of client business.</li>\r\n<li>Document and perform application set ups in test and production instances.</li>\r\n<li>Thoroughly review application set up and configuration with the appropriate client lead to obtain sign off.</li>\r\n<li>Raise issues as they come up and work on resolutions in a timely manner to ensure adherence to the project schedule.</li>\r\n<li>Work with the respective client functional lead to ensure knowledge transfer.</li>\r\n<li>Participate with the respective client functional lead throughout system testing.</li>\r\n<li>Provide guidance to the respective client functional lead in the preparation of training materials and class agendas.</li>\r\n</ul><p><br></p><p> </p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</span></p><p><br></p><ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">BA / BS degree from accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, or a directly related field.</span></li>\r\n<li>7 years progressive experience in consulting environment or related industry experience working directly with Oracle E-Business and Cloud/Fusion applications.</li>\r\n<li>5 years of related technical, business or project experience.</li>\r\n<li>At least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM implementations as a functional lead.</li>\r\n<li>Proficient or lead on 3 or more application modules.</li>\r\n<li>Experience with the business processes in HR modules including:  HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, Self Service, OTL, Compensation, and Recruitment.</li>\r\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\r\n<li>Resolves problems in a timely and effective manner, involving project management as appropriate.</li>\r\n<li>Successfully manages relationship with clients and colleagues.</li>\r\n<li>Effectively produces deliverables.</li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Expected travel is +/-30% depending on project.</span></li>\r\n</ul><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"> </span></span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Employer’s Rights:</span></span></em></span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Peoplevisor, LLC. has the right to revise this job description at any time.
