  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><strong>Essential responsibilities/principal activities:</strong></div><div><!--block-->•\tCoordinate and manage all lifeguard activities including lifeguard breaks and rotations.&nbsp;<br>•\tCoordinate and manage all swim lessons activities including directing parents and participants and supervise programs for quality and safety.&nbsp;<br>•\tEnforce pool rules, policies, and procedures.
