We are seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tax Associate</span> to support our tax department by preparing tax returns and providing overall tax-related support. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively with both clients and management. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to grow with a well-established, diverse, and expanding company.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">                                                                      This role is 100% in-office, 5 days per week </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience</li>\n<li>BA/BS in Accounting</li>\n<li>Experience with Lacerte preferred</li>\n<li>Experience preparing and reviewing returns for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts, and individuals</li>\n<li>Ability to communicate complex tax issues to non-tax professionals and clients</li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tax databases</li>\n<li>Experience working collaboratively across teams and departments</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail</li>\n<li>Demonstrated sense of urgency, commitment, and reliability</li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary:</span> $75,000+ depending on experience (DOE)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>At Gerber Kawasaki, we foster a collaborative team approach where employees thrive and achieve significant career growth.
