We will train the right individual for long-term success!</strong></p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Qualifications:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Previous dealership and management experience a plus</li><li>Leadership skills with a real passion for training fellow employees</li><li>Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills</li><li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li></ul><p><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance</li><li>Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas</li><li>Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses</li><li>Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles</li><li>Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals</li></ul><p><u><strong>What we offer:</strong></u></p><ul><li><strong>Draw plus percentage of gross profit: $90,000-$140,000 yearly wage range</strong></li><li>Full Time to include some Saturdays</li><li>PTO and holidays</li><li>401(K) retirement plan with company matching</li><li>Competitive compensation; industry leading pay plan</li><li>The top insurance program in the industry including medical, dental, prescription and vision</li><li>Advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family</li><li>Employee discounts: purchases, repair, service, wash</li></ul><p>At Ciocca Chevrolet of Red Lion, our team members enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment.
