With innovation at its core, Tech drives the digital backbone of our business and empowers every function to perform at its best.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand and deliver on their data related requirements and initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead the Identification, Design and Implementation of internal and external data process improvements and efficiencies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead the architectural design for API integration and execution to third parties (WMS and ERP systems).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage, monitor and communicate on the status and resolution of issues relating to data integration, storage and transformation processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Evaluate and recommend technologies in the data ecosystem that support the enablement of business strategy and key business initiatives.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Who we look for – the ideal profile</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">3yrs+ exp knowledge of Java. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong experience in spring-boot, RESTful Web Services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with RDBMS, SQL, and object/relational mappings, dealing with large data (MySQL, Postgres...), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra...)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on experience using AI tools to support end-to-end software development, including automated code generation, testing, and quality assurance, is required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with message queue systems: RabbitMQ, Kafka is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Practical experience on one of Cloud Technologies (AWS, Google) is an advantage.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with media streaming systems (e.g., video processing, livestreaming) is a plus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">In return, you will be getting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We are building 'the operating system for digital commerce in South East Asia' covering all key platforms, working with leading international brands, with a breadth and depth of functionalities (Middleware, OMS, Inventory mgmt, Store Ops, CX, MarTech, Data &amp; Analytics) that few in the industry can match</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You get the chance to work on exciting SaaS projects and sophisticated features and functionalities that will make a big impact in the industry, on a top-notch scalable infrastructure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Our Tech team has been around since 2017, so you will join a well oiled and stable \"machine\" (= rockstar expert team), where processes are well established and enterprise-grade.
