Each year, our compassionate team serves more than 3,500 children, teens, and adults &mdash; helping them live, learn, work, and thrive across Palm Beach County.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We are currently hiring <strong>Direct Service Professionals (DSPs)</strong> to support individuals in multiple program areas, including:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Residential Group Homes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adult Day Training (ADT)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Recreation Programs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Respite (in-home and community-based services)</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">If you are compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to join our team and help promote inclusion, independence, and belonging for all.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Direct Service Professional (DSP) provides hands-on care, instruction, supervision, and engagement to individuals with developmental disabilities in residential, educational, recreational, and community settings.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">DSPs work collaboratively with program managers and team members to implement individualized support plans that promote independence, daily living skills, socialization, recreation, and community integration.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Schedules may vary by program and can include daytime, evenings, weekends, and community-based assignments.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Depending on program placement, responsibilities may include:</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Direct Care &amp; Daily Living Support</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including feeding, dressing, hygiene, toileting, grooming, and personal care.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support individuals in building independence in home management, cooking, shopping, and daily routines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide compassionate supervision and ensure participant safety at all times.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education &amp; Skill Development</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Implement structured lesson plans and daily activity schedules.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support adult education, life skills training, and goal progress monitoring.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Modify activities to meet individual needs and abilities.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Recreation &amp; Community Engagement</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead and participate in indoor and outdoor recreational activities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Plan and support outings, field trips, and community events.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Promote social integration and positive peer interaction.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Health, Medication &amp; Safety</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Administer medications (Residential settings) following agency policies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain accurate documentation, including case notes, attendance, goal tracking, and incident reports.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide basic first aid and CPR when necessary.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow emergency procedures and safety guidelines.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Transportation &amp;
