Join us and work for a company that is focused on success, growth and out of the box solutions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Three year’s relevant mortgage processing or underwriting experience</li>\n<li>Experience with mortgage loan software programs</li>\n<li>Verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Good interpersonal and customer service skills</li>\n<li>Time-management and organization skills</li>\n<li>Ability to meet strict deadlines</li>\n<li>Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Willingness to learn new concepts to grow and advance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and manage large pipeline to ensure timely funding of loans</li>\n<li>Evaluate and assess residential mortgage loan applications as assigned</li>\n<li>Perform a preliminary review of each application for compliance and completeness</li>\n<li>Run DU or LP underwriting engine as appropriate. Compare findings with loan file documentation and collect additional documentation as needed</li>\n<li>Maintain contact and support between the Loan Originator and all other departments of the company throughout the process of the loan, which may include Sales, Underwriting, Compliance, and Funding</li>\n<li>Identify any change of circumstance and prepare and deliver any required disclosures</li>\n<li>Evaluate risk of residential mortgage loan applications based on company guidelines</li>\n<li>Image and accurately organize all file documentation to comply with company and industry standards</li>\n<li>Prepare and submit completed loan files to lender’s underwriting for decision based on mandated quality control guidelines and regulatory compliance</li>\n<li>Resubmit loan files to obtain clear to close status and collect prior to closing documents</li>\n<li>Be able to self-prioritize and manage large pipeline and exhibit high organization skills</li>\n<li>Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers</li>\n<li>Update loan milestones within one business day of the event</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">fulltime</span><span> </span>position</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Hiring Insights job activity</p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Posted 30+ days ago</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>R &amp; J Capital Group</p>",
