Even if you feel like you don’t meet all criteria, please give it a shot, and still apply.  </em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Position:</span></p>\n<p>Walters is looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude who are seeking a position that will provide skill growth and development.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Reporting to the Team Leader, the Labourer will be responsible for but not limited to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Read and interpret work orders.</li>\n<li>Loads and unloads trailers, as required, to Walters Standards.</li>\n<li>Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal and other materials.</li>\n<li><span>May cut, grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools.</span></li>\n<li><span>Completes project specific tasks as assigned and required.</span></li>\n<li>Performs housekeeping tasks as assigned.</li>\n<li>Assists in the movement of material in the plant/property by use of crane, forklift, etc.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Location:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Princeton Facility.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to learn in a fast pace environment.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and able to work well with others as part of a team.</li>\n<li>Able to adapt and complete tasks as priorities change.</li>\n<li>Strong time management skills and work ethic.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation Package:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wage: $20.00-$24.00/Hour</li>\n<li>Vacation.</li>\n<li>Paid sick and Bereavement leaves.</li>\n<li>Flexible extended health and dental care packages.</li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Program.</li>\n<li>RRSP Matching.</li>\n<li>Profit Sharing.</li>\n<li>Employee Family Scholarship Program.</li>\n<li>Tuition support (Apprentice, Continued Education)</li>\n<li>Values in Action (ViA)- participating in charity events coordinated by employees.
