Provide clinical supervision and performance support.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Annual Salary Range: $55,000 - $64,342.22</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Are you passionate about discovering new ways to help empower people and make a difference in their lives?</strong></p>\n<p>If you’ve got what it takes to support us in our mission to provide help and create hope through innovative, collaborative, and diverse programs within the community, then we’ve got the right opportunity for you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Catholic Charities West Michigan</strong></p>\n<p>Catholic Charities West Michigan (CCWM) is a community-based agency providing programs in Western Michigan and offering a variety of services in family preservation, behavioral health, child welfare, and community outreach.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><em>CCWM is committed to ensuring a diverse workforce and a work environment whereby all staff are treated with dignity, respect, and fairness.</em></li>\n <li><em>CCWM encourages persons of diverse backgrounds and faiths to apply for employment.</em></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Essentials Duties and Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides direct clinical supervision to direct staff weekly</li>\n <li>Reviews reports for grammar as well as content in compliance with rules and policies</li>\n <li>Attends court hearings and testify in court as needed</li>\n <li>Facilitates team meetings to deliver essential information to staff</li>\n <li>Assists with transporting clients as needed</li>\n <li>Coordinates service and advocate for services for families with Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and the Court</li>\n <li>Compiles data to report on contractual requirements at least quarterly</li>\n <li>Drives for Agency business</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel</li>\n <li>Ability to successfully manage conflict between clients as well as staff</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret policy and procedures</li>\n <li>Ability to problem solve and prioritize many time sensitive tasks</li>\n <li>Ability to support and promote a positive work place culture</li>\n <li>Must be able to meet requirements of all contracts, licensing regulations and State/Federal oversight</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Recommended Employment Qualifications</h2>\n<p><em>Education:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A Bachelor Degree through an accredited college/university and four years of experience in a child welfare agency, a child caring institution or in an agency performing a child welfare function is required. </li>\n <li>A Master Degree through an accredited college/university and two years of experience in a child welfare agency, a child caring institution or in an agency performing a child welfare function is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Experience:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Four years of experience as a social service worker with a minimum of 2 years in a child welfare agency, a child caring institution or in an agency performing a child welfare function is required with a Bachelor degree</li>\n <li>Three years of experience in a child welfare agency, a child caring institution or in an agency performing a child welfare function is preferred with a Master degree</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>CWTI Training is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Supervisory Responsibilities:</em></p>\n<p>This position does have supervisory responsibilities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Our Mission</em></p>\n<p>Inspired by the Church's social teachings, Catholic Charities West Michigan fosters individuals and families to flourish by providing help and creating hope.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Our Vision</em></p>\n<p>Catholic Charities West Michigan is called to create a just and compassionate community where all people can achieve their divine purpose.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Our Values</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Sanctity of All Life</li>\n <li>Compassion</li>\n <li>Integrity</li>\n <li>Respect</li>\n <li>Equity</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>CCWM is an equal opportunity employer, subject to all federal and state laws as applicable to a religious Agency</strong></p>",
