Description
Your mission
Leading, coaching, and developing the Account Executive team, with clear accountability for performance, quota attainment, and talent development.
Driving ARR, pipeline, and forecasting goals, including the strategic management of win rates, sales cycles, and deal sizes.
Leading from the front by personally driving strategic customer meetings and closing key deals, alongside managing the AE team.
Further developing our sales methodology (Discovery, Value Selling, Multi-Threading, etc.) and ensuring its consistent execution across the team.
Collaborating closely with Marketing, SDR, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize the entire revenue funnel.
Scaling the sales organization within the DACH region and onboarding new AEs across all Building Radar markets.
Enabling data-driven management via our CRM system, while continuously optimizing sales processes, playbooks, and tooling.
Your profile
Several years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams, or equivalent high-level sales leadership experience.
A proven track record of building and scaling ARR and pipelines within a high-growth SaaS environment.
Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies combined with strong coaching skills.
Strong analytical mindset and extensive experience in data-driven sales management (forecast accuracy, conversion KPIs, sales velocity).
An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and the ability to establish structures in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing speed.
Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken); experience in international markets or the construction/industrial sector is a plus.
