    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Cone Packer is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of cones in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitoring cone quality</li>\n <li>Conducting row counts</li>\n <li>Feeding cones onto a moving conveyor (packaging cones as stated in the packing procedures and is documented in the specific Machine/Oven/Line Ledger)</li>\n <li>Making, sealing, and stacking cases on to pallets</li>\n <li>Monitoring Jacket and Syrup Dispenser</li>\n <li>Sorting and stacking rows of cones onto cooling racks</li>\n <li>Hand packing over wrapped cones into cases</li>\n <li>Monitoring Critical Control Points (CCP) and recording checks as directed</li>\n <li>Conducting machine/quality/finished product checks and recording checks as well as any issues revealed by the checks</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Essential Functions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>​​Able to read, understand, and strictly follow written procedures</li>\n <li>​Good understanding of and strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Policies (GMP)</li>\n <li>Must be able to detect audible tones and alarms</li>\n <li>Must be able to distinguish and sort by color</li>\n <li>Must be able to work rotating shifts</li>\n <li>​Must be organized and maintain work area to a high level of cleanliness</li>\n <li>Able to identify areas that need attention and either address or report as necessary</li>\n <li>​Must be able to speak, listen, and effectively communicate with team members</li>\n <li>​Follow direction and perform assigned work duties independently with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>​Adherence to the company attendance policy is required, including expectations of punctuality and limited unapproved absences</li>\n <li>​This position involves regular bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting</li>\n <li>​Required to stand on their feet and/ or walk up to 12 hours per day</li>\n <li>Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds, climb, reach and regularly use stairs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have demonstrated a good work record and attendance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $23.11 - USD $23.11 /Hr.",
