    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong>Position Summary:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Life Science Product Manager who is passionate about managing products that provide real solutions to customers. You will join a growing and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to develop, launch and oversee the full lifecycle of products and solutions focusing in the life science markets.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, provide solutions to customer issues, and drive growth</li><li>Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners</li><li>Develop product pricing and positioning strategies</li><li>Translate customer feedback into detailed requirements and prototypes for new products</li><li>Scope and prioritize business activities based on business and customer impact</li><li>Drive product launches including working with marketing, sales, manufacturing, and quality to make sure product objectives are met</li><li>Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed</li><li>Act as a product expert to build awareness and understanding internally and externally through training, webinars, etc.</li><li>Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services</li><li>Manage the full product lifecycle for the life science products</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong></strong><strong>______________________________________________________________________</strong></p><p><strong>Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>B.S. Degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline</li><li>Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager in a highly regulated environment. Life science experience preferred.</li><li>Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle</li><li>Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management</li><li>Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in a technical field</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one&rsquo;s sleeves to get the job done</li><li>Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams and leading without direct authority</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul></div>\n",
