This role is for someone who is comfortable making polished static designs as well as creating motion or AI-assisted content for high-visibility campaigns.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Media Specialist include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Multi-Format Creation</span>: Develop high-quality visual assets across digital and video formats, including <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">static</span> graphics and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">motion</span> content;</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Creative Collaboration</span>: Partner with design and marketing teams to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI Production</span>: Utilise tools like Midjourney, Runway, and ElevenLabs to accelerate production and enhance our creative output.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Brand Consistency</span>: Ensure visual consistency across all marketing productions and brand materials.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">End-to-End Execution</span>: Manage projects from initial concept and storyboarding through to post-production and delivery.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Trend Leadership</span>: Stay at the forefront of generative AI and design technology to ensure our brand remains cutting-edge.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(22, 145, 121); font-weight: bold\">What you’ll bring to the table: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technologies:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Design</span>: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop;</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Video/Motion</span>: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, SVGator;</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI</span>: Google Veo 3, Runway ML, Midjourney and Eleven Labs (preferred);</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience in digital/motion design;</li>\n<li>B2B content creation experience;</li>\n<li>Grasp of typography, colour theory and layout principles;</li>\n<li>Creation of visuals and content in line with a brand vision;</li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to define and redefine requirements;</li>\n<li>Experience with storyboarding, scripting or short-form story telling.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>In the interest of Pay Transparency, the base salary range for this position is €2,500-2,800 gross/month, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
