This role is ideal for a strategic and results driven professional who thrives in high level negotiations, understands the factors that drive case value, and is passionate about securing strong outcomes for injured clients.\n\nThe Settlement Negotiator will take ownership of pre litigation negotiations from demand through resolution, working closely with attorneys, case managers, and clients to maximize settlement value.
