Our roots were formed in the exacting nuclear and aerospace industries, expanded into Medical where we have supplied critical components to a global customer base. &nbsp;We currently provide elegant solutions across a broad range of customers and diverse markets. &nbsp; At Veridiam we recognize that talent is at the forefront of our organization and define who we are in today&#39;s industry.</p><p>POSITION SUMMARY</p><p>Assembles by hand, uses hand tools or portable powered tools and/or operates equipment as necessary in order to produce or process products as specified. &nbsp; May work as part of a team assembling an entire product or component of a product.</p><p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Perform assembly of products not limited to small, light subassemblies.</li><li>Follow technical instructions, company procedures and directives or interpret drawing for assembly.</li><li>May align components by hand, using hand tools and/or portable powered tools.</li><li>Move hand together with arm or hands to grasp, manipulate and assemble product.</li><li>Perform visual inspection under microscope.</li><li>Make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to handle and turn object.</li><li>May rotate through production assembly tasks as necessary.</li><li>May perform final check and adjust for any defects to ensure quality product.</li><li>May be assigned to various workstations as production needs require or shift from one station to another.</li><li>Maintain clean and orderly work environment.</li><li>Demonstrates ability to appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures, comply with company policies and procedures, follow safety and personal protective equipment guidelines, goals and objectives, and accepts constructive feedback.</li><li>Other duties as assigned, requested or needed.</li></ul><p>POSITION REQUIREMENTS</p><p id=\"isPasted\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
