We are seeking <span>a full-time </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Behavioral Health Clinical Director</span><span> to provide direct clinical supervision of designated services in our Douglas, WY office. </span></em></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Position Overview </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Under the direction of the CBHO and the Clinical Services Administrator, the Clinical Director administers all aspects of the Behavioral Health program delivery in assigned area(s) and participates on a Clinical Leadership Team to improve the quality and coordination for all clinical and administrative functions provided by High Country Behavioral Health.  Depending on the number of supervisees, will maintain a caseload of clients.  </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span>Lead the onsite treatment team while m</span>onitoring documentation quality assurance.</span></li>\n<li>Hold staff accountable for performance measures including, but not limited to, productivity, timely documentation of clinical services, compliance with Medicaid and other regulatory and funding authorities, etc.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Administrative Supervision - Facilitates a weekly team meeting where information can be shared and clinical cases can be consulted on.</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Crisis Management and On-Call - Participate in virtual on-call services </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Champions Feedback Informed Therapy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Public Relations - Develops and maintains working relationships with Community Stakeholder</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Oversees Releases of Information - Review the Release of Information requests and subpoenas that come in under assigned areas using company standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Recruit and Retain Service Providers - </span>Work closely with Human Resources during recruitment process, candidate selection, and onboarding and training.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Candidate Qualifications and Experience</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be licensed as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Practicing Counselor (LPC) in the state of Wyoming.</li>\n<li>Three years of experience in a comparable position dedicated to quality/ health improvement in a managed care organization or provider group or governmental agency or similar setting preferred.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Knowledge and demonstrated competence in planning, budget, and other administrative duties.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li>Ability to function in a team-based environment.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Successful completion of HCBH pre-employment screening and background check.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Has a valid driver’s license and eligible for HCBH insurance coverage(s).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to conceptualize, develop and implement programs to their completion in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Knowledge of licensing and contract requirements and ability to see those requirements are met.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Knowledge and experience demonstrating competence in treatment including administering clinical evaluations;
