    "jobDescription": "<h2></h2><h2>Job Description:</h2><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p></p><p><b>The Role</b></p><p></p><p>The Manager, Data Analytics and Insights performs critical functions to support daily operations, including detailed data analysis, issue identification and resolution, and helpdesk support. Quality, accuracy, and timeliness are essential to the success of this function.</p><p></p><p><b>The Expertise and skills You Bring</b></p><p></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and responsive teammate who can multi-task and has a knack for analytics. Our work is highly collaborative and involves close coordination and communication with clients, data vendors, and key business and technology partners across Fidelity.</p><p></p><ul><li>A bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in an investment or financial services operations environment.</li><li>Hands-on experience with investment data (e.g., securities, mutual funds, indices) across different subject areas like characteristics and reference data.</li><li>Required technical skills include a strong working knowledge of SQL and MS Office, while experience with Python is highly desirable, and familiarity with tools like R Studio is a plus.</li><li>You are comfortable working independently and can respond effectively to a changing work environment.</li><li>You combine analytical thinking with the confidence to make recommendations on an appropriate course of action.</li><li>You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. </li><li>You think outside the box and strive for continuous improvement.</li><li>You can respond effectively to a dynamically changing work environment and positively influence business outcomes.</li><li>You have strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>You are highly detail-oriented and organized with a strong commitment to accuracy.</li><li>You have the ability to work effectively with various vendors and business partners across the organization.</li><li>You can utilize industry research tools to procure company-specific data and interpret and act on the results.</li><li>You have the ability to brainstorm with the team on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks</li><li>You have the ability to brainstorm with the team on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks.</li><li>Proactively identify data issues, investigate their root cause, and work with business and technology partners to resolve them and improve data quality.</li><li>Create, update, and assist in transitioning process documentation for new and existing workflows.</li><li>Identify and propose process enhancements to make the operations more efficient.</li><li>Support and coach colleagues, help identify training gaps, and actively monitor helpdesk queues to assist the team and manager.</li><li>Actively monitor the helpdesk queue and assist the manager in logging incidents</li><li>Identify and propose process enhancements to make the operations more efficient.</li></ul><p></p><p>Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.</p><p></p><p><b>Team</b></p><p></p><p></p><p>Strategic Advisers, LLC is a registered investment advisor and wholly owned subsidiary of FMR LLC that provides investment management services to clients through Fidelity’s retail, workplace, and institutional distribution channels. For more than 30 years Strategic Advisers has specialized in the design, construction, and management of asset allocation solutions, as well as the methodologies for many of Fidelity’s investment planning tools, to help investors reach their financial goals. With over $1 trillion in assets under management in a blend of Fidelity and third-party investment vehicles, the Strategic Advisers team of investment professionals’ constructs and manages asset allocation portfolios for more than 4 million customer accounts</p><p></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p>The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$153,000 per year.  <p style=\"text-align:left\">Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.</p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\">Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
