Provides supervision of the nursing operations of a unit. In the absence of the Manager or Director may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility.  Works with a unit specific patient population. </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED:</u></strong></p>\n<li>Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.</li>\n<li>Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR</li>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.</p>\n<li>Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license</li>\n<li>Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).</li>\n<li>Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.</li>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>PREFERRED:</u></strong></p>\n<li>Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units. </li>\n<h2>Work Hours:</h2>1845-0715\n<h2>Weekend Requirements:</h2>Yes\n<h2>On-Call Requirements:</h2>No",
