That same principal guides everything we do: acting with integrity, fairness, and professionalism every day.</p>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive hourly pay: <strong>$17.00 - $25.00 per hour</strong></li>\n <li>Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)</li>\n <li>Employer-sponsored medical insurance for employees and families</li>\n <li>Dental and vision insurance options</li>\n <li>401(k) with 30% company match</li>\n <li>Life insurance</li>\n <li>Short-term and long-term disability coverage</li>\n <li>Health Savings Account (HSA) options</li>\n <li>Ongoing training and professional development opportunities</li>\n <li>Clear career advancement pathways</li>\n <li>Supportive, team-oriented work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What Will I Do?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with the installation and replacement of residential HVAC systems and equipment</li>\n <li>Support lead installers with all phases of HVAC installations</li>\n <li>Help install, connect, and test equipment to ensure proper operation</li>\n <li>Assist with equipment start-up and system commissioning</li>\n <li>Transfer tools, materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites</li>\n <li>Assist with troubleshooting, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance activities as needed</li>\n <li>Adjust, connect, and disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, ductwork, and other HVAC components using hand and power tools</li>\n <li>Maintain clear communication with customers, dispatch, and management throughout the installation process</li>\n <li>Accurately complete job documentation, time sheets, and installation records</li>\n <li>Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory levels</li>\n <li>Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized before, during, and after installation</li>\n <li>Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations</li>\n <li>Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism at every job site</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I have What it Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn a skilled trade</li>\n <li>Previous construction, mechanical, labor, or HVAC experience is a plus but not required</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced technicians</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship</li>\n <li>Results-driven with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>At Plumbline Services, we don't just hire employees—we develop future HVAC professionals.
