This role ensures that each store consistently meets company standards for performance, profitability, and customer experience.</p><p>The Senior Store Manager is responsible for achieving sales and operational goals, maintaining compliance, and developing store management teams to deliver consistent excellence across assigned stores. This role serves as a key liaison between store operations and area leadership.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><p><u>Customer Engagement &amp; Service Leadership</u></p><ul><li>Champion superior customer service standards, ensuring measurable results through customer feedback and service scores</li><li>Monitor and support store teams in delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences</li><li>Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally, promoting customer loyalty</li></ul><p><u>Operational Excellence &amp; Store Performance</u></p><ul><li>Oversee multiple store locations or a large-scale operation to ensure adherence to company policies and standards</li><li>Review sales and profit performance regularly and develop and implement action plans to achieve goals</li><li>Ensure effective scheduling, staffing, and labor management across all assigned stores.</li><li>Lead operational audits and reviews to maintain consistency in execution, safety, and brand presentation</li></ul><p><u>Visual Merchandising &amp; Store Presentation</u></p><ul><li>Maintain high visual and operational standards, ensuring all stores present a clean, well-organized, and inviting environment</li><li>Partner with merchandising and marketing teams to execute promotions and maintain compliance with visual guidelines</li></ul><p><u>Food &amp; Beverage Handling</u></p><ul><li>Ensure all locations maintain required Food Safety certifications and compliance</li><li>Oversee safe handling, preparation, and presentation of all food and beverage items</li><li>Conduct routine reviews to verify that employees follow sanitation, safety, and temperature control standards</li></ul><p><u>Leadership, Training &amp; Development</u></p><ul><li>Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and Assistant Managers to create a culture of accountability and excellence</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews and succession planning discussions</li><li>Ensure training programs are implemented effectively for all employees</li><li>Partner with HR to address employee relations, retention, and performance concerns</li></ul><p><u>Inventory &amp; Financial Management</u></p><ul><li>Oversee inventory control practices to minimize shrink and ensure accurate reporting.&nbsp;</li><li>Review delivery invoices, receiving logs, and transfer reports for accuracy</li><li>Maintain budget discipline across assigned stores and ensure profitability through efficient labor and expense control</li></ul><p><u>Technology &amp; Systems Proficiency</u></p><ul><li>Utilize and oversee the use of company systems including S2K, EPOS, and timekeeping software</li><li>Generate and analyze performance and compliance reports for continuous improvement</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Work Experience</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required;
