    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Position: </span>Technical Services Director</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Work Location: </span>Clark Global City, Pampanga</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Relocation Package: Work Visa, Flight Expense, and First Class Accommodation inside Clark Global City, Pampanga</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Professional Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold;\">Willing to relocate to Clark Global City, Pampanga, PHILIPPINES</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">15+ years’ total experience, including 5Clark Global City, Pampanga years in a 24/7 environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Experience of leading overall infrastructure for a complex organization and network</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Working knowledge of Storage Area Network (SAN) and related technologies, Cisco-based network communications technology, High availability and disaster recovery architecture, communication and related technologies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Exposure to ITIL concepts and adoption.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Experience with regulatory compliance issues, as well best practices in application and network security.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Accountabilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Overall manage and lead a team of Global Service Desk Engineers, Field Engineers, Consulting Engineers, Client Service Partners, Value Chain Administrators.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Ensure delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Manage escalations and give timely resolutions to the customers.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Deliverables:</span></p>\n<p>The Technical Services Director is responsible to deliver the following:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">To lead the technology infrastructure strategy and execution for the Company</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Planning, project management and implementation leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Provides infrastructure services vision, enables innovation and seeks to leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the company’s requirements and expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Development of governance process.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Build strategic relationships for creating value for the Company.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Participate in the formulation of the company's business plans; assessing cost and feasibility, and ensuring the plan is aligned with and supports the strategic goals of the business.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Hands-on technical depth enables direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and participation for complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance.</span></li>\n</ul>",
