This individual will partner closely with senior leadership, including the CFO and CEO, to deliver timely insights, support forecasting and planning processes, and enhance financial modeling capabilities across the organization.<strong>&nbsp;</strong>The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling capabilities, operational finance experience, and a deep understanding of service-based, asset-intensive environments.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Executive Reporting</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages for the CFO and CEO, including variance analysis, KPIs, and actionable insights.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support lender reporting, including covenant calculations and compliance packages.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support ad-hoc financial analysis requests from executive leadership.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Board &amp; Investor Communications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead preparation of board meeting materials, including financial decks, performance narratives, and strategic updates.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Financial Modeling &amp; Analysis</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and scenario planning.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support scenario analysis tied to commodity prices, customer demand, capital deployment, and cost structure changes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support short- and long-term cash flow forecasting, including liquidity analysis.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in evaluating M&amp;A opportunities, greenfield expansions, and capital investment decisions Forecasting &amp; Planning.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Forecasting and Budgeting</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Own the consolidation of monthly and quarterly forecasts across business units.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with department leaders to refine assumptions and improve forecast accuracy.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Cross-Functional Business Partnering</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with operations, sales, and other departments to provide financial insights and decision support.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Process Improvement</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Enhance and automate reporting, forecasting, and modeling processes to increase efficiency and scalability.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support implementation and optimization of FP&amp;A tools and systems.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Data Management &amp; Integrity</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work closely with accounting to align reporting and financial outputs.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. (MBA, CPA, CFA or other related certification a plus)</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">4&ndash;7+ years of FP&amp;A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related experience.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced proficiency in Excel (modeling, macros a plus); experience with financial systems.
