Overall responsibilities include: reviewing bid documents and specifications, creating take-offs, quantifying and qualifying all material quantities for a precise and accurate bid package/proposal.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"color: #262626;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\"> </span></p><p><br></p><p><i><span style=\"color: #262626;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following duties:</span></i></p><p><br></p><ul>\n<li>\n<span style=\"color: #262626;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Responsible for </span><span style=\"color: #262626;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">reviewing bid documents, examining plans and specifications to prepare a complete scope of work.</span>\n</li>\r\n</ul><p><br></p><ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Responsible for assisting pre-construction/sales staff with preparing bids while quantifying and qualifying all material quantities.</span></li>\r\n</ul><p><br></p><ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Responsible for creating takeoff plans by using estimating software.</span></li>\r\n</ul><p><br></p><ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Must be familiar with reading and understanding blueprints.</span></li>\r\n</ul><p><br></p><ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Knowledge of flooring and tiling industry: carpet, hardwood, resilient and ceramic tile.</span></li>\r\n</ul><p><br></p><ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Measure Square estimating software experience a plus.</span></li>\r\n</ul><p><br></p><ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Microsoft Office, general PC knowledge/usage, associated industry software and be knowledgeable of proper email etiquette.</span></li>\r\n</ul><p><br></p><ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #262626;font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Ability to work under <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">pressure,</span> work with deadlines and within a team environment to best achieve excellent and timely results.</span></li>\r\n</ul><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\"></span></p>",
