    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources is currently seeking a <strong>Part-time Occupational Health Registered Nurse </strong>to join our team in support of a federal agency clinic in <strong>Roanoke, VA</strong>. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role offers a low-stress, mission-driven environment focused on the health and well-being of federal employees—not the general public.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Highlights:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>16 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM</p></li>\n <li><p>No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties</p></li>\n <li><p>Enjoy a collaborative setting with minimal administrative burden</p></li>\n <li><p>Deliver high-quality care to those serving our nation</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide occupational health nursing services including employee assessments, health screenings, and immunizations</p></li>\n <li><p>Support case management and return-to-work evaluations</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with federal health and safety standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain accurate medical documentation and uphold patient confidentiality</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or BSN)</p></li>\n <li><p>Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory</p></li>\n <li><p>Minimum 2 years of RN experience required</p></li>\n <li><p>Current American Heart Association BLS certification</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Roanoke, Virginia:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Roanoke is a vibrant city nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty and modern amenities.
