Applies Infection Control principles to solve problems and troubleshoot technology/equipment.</span></li><li><span>Assists with the operational, expense, and Capital Budget development for Perioperative Support Services. Partners with Technology and Unit management to ensure a supportive and collaborative management model for ancillary services.</span></li><li><span>Works collaboratively with other department leaders on projects and operational activities regarding procedure set-ups, technology, supplies, transport, environment, and equipment.</span></li><li><span>Maximizes quality controls and cost-effectiveness without compromising service and care. Ensures availability of medical equipment and coordinates replacements as indicated.</span></li><li><span>Additional duties as assigned</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Minimum Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li><span><strong>Minimum Education:&nbsp;</strong>Associate degree and relevant program completion, or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree</span></li><li><span><strong>Years of Experience:</strong>&nbsp;</span><ul><li><span>Five years of experience in perioperative systems and processes including transport, case preparation and clean-up, supplies, equipment and environmental standards</span></li><li><span>Two years of supervisory or management experience</span></li></ul></li><li><span><strong>Certification</strong>: Basic Life Support via AHA within 3 months</span></li></ul>",
