    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>SIGN-ON BONUS UP TO $15,000!</strong></p>\n<p>Under the direction of the Interventional Radiology Clinical Coordinator, this individual must be able to operate all routine radiographic and interventional radiology equipment in a safe and proficient manner. This person must be a graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology and registered, or be registry eligible, with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.&nbsp; ARRT certification, if not held at the time of hire, is required within 1 year from the date of hire. Advanced certification in Interventional Radiology is preferred.</p>\n<p>The incumbent must be able to produce high-quality radiographs and assist the radiologist with all different types of invasive and non-invasive procedures daily. Must be able to assist as a scrub tech during invasive procedures. Must be able to communicate with physicians, patients, families, and hospital personnel.&nbsp; Will participate in performance improvement initiatives.&nbsp; Will assist with other activities as deemed necessary for the day-to-day operation of the department. This position requires 24 24-hour mandatory On-Call, also requiring a return time of 30 minutes or less to the hospital.</p>",
