    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is seeking an experienced and hardworking individual to joinour Animal Care team. This person will be responsible for the husbandry of Large Felines and other animal areas as assigned. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Safely feed, clean and preform daily husbandry of animals in Animal Care. </li>\n <li>Give medication to animals as directed by Supervisor.  </li>\n <li>Record daily entries into logbook concerning animal care and behaviors. </li>\n <li>Back up and or walk assigned animals around park ensuring animal and guest safety </li>\n <li>Handle animals in and out of the park as needed. </li>\n <li>Answer guest’s questions concerning animal care, diet, etc. and other general park information in a polite courteous and informative manner </li>\n <li>Follow all department and park policies. </li>\n <li>Assist other team members and Departments as needed. </li>\n <li>Maintain equipment and enclosures as needed. </li>\n <li>Animals in collection consist of Tigers, Lions, Cheetah’s & Cougar’s  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience with Large Animals. </li>\n <li>Timely and be able to be available to work at any time of the day.  </li>\n <li>Must be in excellent physical condition and possess the mental capacities to perform the essential job duties. </li>\n <li>Must be able to lift equipment up to 50lbs.  </li>\n <li>Must possess the physical dexterity to hold and maneuver equipment </li>\n <li>Must be able to walk and move quickly between different areas.  </li>\n <li>Good public speaking ability. </li>\n <li>Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather. </li>\n <li>Must possess the physical and mental awareness to work with very large strong animals.  </li>\n <li>Must be available to work weekend and holiday.  </li>\n <li>Must possess a valid driver’s license. </li>\n</ul>",
