    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Boundary Co-op</strong> is hiring a <strong>Full-Time Pump Attendant&nbsp;</strong>in our Gas Bar in <strong>Boissevain, Manitoba.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Who we are:</u></strong></p><p>Co-op does business differently.&nbsp; As a co-operative, we believe in working together to serve Western Canadians, delivering profits back to our communities and investing in sustainable growth.&nbsp; To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at&nbsp;<a href=\"http://www.boundaryco-op.crs\" target=\"_blank\">www.boundaryco-op.crs</a>.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong><u>What you’ll do:</u></strong></p><p>Reporting to the Gas Bar Manager, the Pump Attendant is responsible for:</p><ul><li>Demonstrating day-to-day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operative's vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety.</li><li>Delivering world-class customer service;</li><li>Running fuel pumps;</li><li>Operating computerized cash registers and taking payment from customers;</li><li>Assisting with stocking inventory, merchandising, and displaying the C-store;</li><li>Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards;</li><li>Performing other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Who you are:</u></strong></p><p>You are looking for a career in Customer Service and have:</p><ul><li>A Grade 12 or combination of relevant experience;</li><li>Experience of retail operations is essential;</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team;</li><li>Be able to work in extreme temperatures when helping customers at the pumps, car wash, and propane station;</li><li>Flexible work schedule.</li><li>You’re action oriented, customer focused and work well with other Team Members;</li><li>You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do;</li><li><p>You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><strong><u>Why it matters:</u></strong></p><p>Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners.
