    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">The Baldwin Wallace University Conservatory of Performing Arts is a premier institution, nationally recognized for developing talent in both traditional and emerging fields of performance, scholarship, and creativity. The Conservatory invites applications for two part-time adjunct teachers of Music Theatre Voice to join the Conservatory&rsquo;s nationally ranked music theatre program beginning on August 1, 2026. Over the last three decades, the BW Music Theatre program (BWMT) has developed into a sought-after program for Conservatory-level education in the field. BWMT is regularly ranked among the top ten programs in the US and, for the last two years, was included on The Hollywood Reporter&rsquo;s list of &ldquo;Top 25 Drama Schools in the World.&rdquo; Over 75 BWMT graduates have performed on Broadway and in National Tours over the last 10 years.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Primary Responsibilities: Join a talented and dedicated group of full- and part-time faculty with the common goal of student success: educate voice students in all the Conservatory&rsquo;s programs with primary emphasis on the nationally recognized Music Theatre program; commit to performing and teaching diverse repertoires; participate in Conservatory voice departmental and juries; and fulfill additional responsibilities based on individual expertise and interests.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Qualifications: Experience in teaching Music Theatre (contemporary theatre, commercial music, belt, and classical theatre) styles; a master&rsquo;s degree in music or commensurate experience; special consideration will be given to those who show a demonstrated commitment to inclusive recruitment and/or proven record of teaching excellence within a collegiate music program.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Baldwin Wallace University is a private liberal arts and sciences institution located 20 miles southwest of Cleveland. Established in 1898, the Conservatory offers 500+ undergraduate music, theatre, dance, and arts entrepreneurship majors a professional training program enhanced by a comprehensive and entrepreneurial liberal arts curriculum.
