You will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation of all our brand initiatives.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities &nbsp;</strong></p><p>As Team Member Human Resources, You will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Assist in managing day-to-day HR operations and provide support in payroll and recruitment activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Support in strengthening and promoting the Six Senses Vana culture by fostering a positive and engaging work environment through host engagement activities, events, and various HR initiatives across the retreat.</li><li>Ensure completion and maintenance of host personal files as per the prescribed checklist and compliance standards.</li><li>Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding processes.</li><li>Assist in organizing orientation, induction, and training programs for new hosts.</li><li>Maintain HR records and provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department.</li><li>Ensure adherence to Six Senses guidelines, service standards, policies, and LQA requirements.</li><li>Promote and uphold a positive work culture aligned with the values, vision, and service philosophy of Six Senses.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Qualifications</p><p>To execute the position of Team Member Human Resources, you must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience in HR, training, or hospitality operations is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good organizational and coordination abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The above is intended to provide an overview of the role and responsibilities for a Team Member Human Resources at Six Senses Vana.
