The candidate should be a CPA or CPA candidate.  No experience required. The candidate must have excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Responsibilities</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Performs audit and review procedures as guided by a supervisor.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Prepares work papers, and financial statements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Assists in proofing financial statements and other documents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Plans and conducts portions of smaller engagements as experience and judgment allow.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Supervises workflow and other associates as experience and judgment allow.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Communicates clearly and concisely.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Desired Skills and Experience:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Bachelor's or Master's degree with sufficient coursework to qualify the individual to sit for the CPA exam.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Either hold a current or valid certified public accountant license or be working toward obtaining the license by taking and passing the applicable State of California CPA exam.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Proficient in Word, Excel, and cloud-based applications.  </span></li>\n</ul>",
