You can even find our products aboard NASA&rsquo;s Space Launch System and in the F-35 fighter jets. That&rsquo;s the level of quality and innovation you&rsquo;ll be part of when you join our team.</p><p>We are looking for a General Helper to join our 3rd shift manufacturing team which will help support our Aerospace business.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>So, what will you be doing as a General Helper &ndash; 3rd Shift?</strong>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>To be successful in this role, you&rsquo;ll need:</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><ul><li>Assist with the development and setups in the process of forming tubes, pipes, cones, rings, swaging, rounding and straightening, along with the ability to make precise angle sections such as square, rectangle, and other intricate configurations. Assisting with other department&rsquo;s manufacturing needs.</li><li>Manufacture and/or adapt standard tooling to perform necessary operations. &nbsp;Assist with performing the necessary maintenance on equipment to ensure the equipment is in good working order. &nbsp;Will be responsible for the independent completion of each work assignment but may be assisted by other workers.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:</strong></p><ul><li>May make necessary layouts on parts, if required, working from shop travelers, engineering drawings, and verbal and written instructions. &nbsp;</li><li>Requires the use of shop trigonometry. &nbsp;</li><li>May calculate blank sizes where necessary to produce parts. &nbsp;</li><li>Works to close tolerance. &nbsp;</li><li>Will train on learning new processes and procedures.</li><li>Self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize workday/projects independently.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Heavy lifting ability - up to 50 pounds&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>High School diploma</li><li>Experience in aerospace manufacturing preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Salary Range:</strong>&nbsp; $20.00 - $22.00 an hour (based on experience) plus a shift premium</p><p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong>&nbsp; Sunday - Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Reasons You&rsquo;ll Love It Here</strong></p><p>We offer a full suite of employee benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance; as well as paid vacation, paid personal time, and various opportunities to give back to your local community.
