          "text": "<p>Partners with production technicians and maintenance leads to support general repairs of equipment and facilities.</p><ul></ul><p><strong>Accountabilities:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Assist maintenance team with repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities.</li><li>Responsible for small scale repairs such as painting, snow removal, change belts, bearings, etc.</li><li>&#xa0;Assist with equipment inspections as required during on/off peak seasons.</li><li>Support troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment problems, using tools and diagnostic equipment.</li><li>May repair and replace defective equipment parts, duties may include replacing motors, welding, fabrication, supporting robotics.</li><li>Work cohesively with production and maintenance team.</li><li>&#xa0;Adherence to site specific permits when maintenance work is required in key areas (hot work, work from heights).</li><li>Maintain calibration of equipment and machinery to optimal specifications and operation.</li><li>Perform data entry of all maintenance activities and repair logs within Asset Essentials.</li><li>Support continuous improvement efforts related to maintenance processes and procedures.</li><li>Maintain compliance with site HSE protocols and Syngenta HSE policies and employee code of conduct.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
