The role partners closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs), IT, Quality, and Compliance stakeholders to ensure ERP changes are fit‑for‑use, controlled, and inspection‑ready.</p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as the ERP Validation and Software Assurance Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle EBS.</li>\n <li>Support validation planning, risk assessments, impact analyses, and release decisions for ERP enhancements, patches, upgrades, integrations, and data changes.</li>\n <li>Analyze system/process changes and enhancement requests to prioritize requests.</li>\n <li>Coordinate business and system requirement reviews, functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ERP systems.</li>\n <li>Ownership of deliverables and objective evidence to ensure testability, traceability, and issue resolution in alignment with systems assurance expectations.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Support data migration, conversion, and interface validation activities.</li>\n <li>Support audits, inspections, and internal quality assessments related to ERP systems.</li>\n <li>Contribute to process improvement, cross-training and hyper/automation initiatives.</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as assigned; may support extended schedules to meet project deadlines.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge &amp; Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Oracle EBS R12 including but not limited to - Finance, Supply Chain (O2C, P2P), Manufacturing, WMS and Service processes and modules.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience with Oracle Fusion application validation, periodic releases and/or cloud systems patching.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience with 3rd party vendor integrations with ERP System.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of ERP architectures, interfaces, and system integrations.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of data migration, sampling methods</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of ERP system validation, verification, and software assurance practices in regulated environments.</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of system lifecycle controls, change management, and risk‑based validation concepts.</li>\n <li>Ability to develop, execute, and review high‑quality validation deliverables and objective evidence.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Experienced with various software development process (Scrum, Agile, XP, Kanban, etc.) from the test design, test automation, and execution perspective</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to successfully establish and maintain relationships with internal customers.</li>\n <li>Desirable: Knowledge of all components of R12 VCP and its interaction with Demantra</li>\n <li>Nice to have: Experience with Test/ALM tools (ex : HPALM, Validation Master, Visual Studio) and automated testing (Ranorex, UFT, TestComplete, JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad etc.).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications, Education &amp; Experience&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>8+ years of experience in ERP systems analysis, testing, validation, or implementation.</li>\n <li>5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting ERP V&amp;V or software assurance activities.</li>\n <li>3+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS R12.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting ERP systems in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Financial domains.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting ERP upgrades, data migrations, system integrations, and production releases.</li>\n <li>Experience working with 3rd party vendors and external system integrations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This is largely a sedentary role.</li>\n <li>This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.</li>\n <li>Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
