As a Telesales Commission Sales Representative (In-House), you’ll maximize your earning potential by helping current owners with their vacation ownership. You’ll work leads through a sales process, uncover needs, overcome objections, and present our full range of vacation products. This is an Independent Contractor role and is commission-driven with weekly pay and no benefits.  Ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive on performance and results. What You Will Do: Make outbound/receive inbound calls to current owners to generate account upgrades, and new sales. Work with good standing owners to enhance their ownership by showing empathy and creating affordable solutions. Maintain a 45-day lead engagement cycle with persistent follow-up (phone, email, text). Cross-sell and present all Westgate vacation products across multiple properties. Confirm product fit and customer satisfaction with every sale. Consistently meet department standards: 50+ calls daily $40,000+ average net volume Maintain accurate records and follow all policies/regulatory guidelines. Partner effectively with Telesales Team lead who is organizing and assigning leads. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
