We offer methadone and buprenorphine products in conjunction with counseling, groups, case management, mental health support and medication as well as nursing services to help support our clients in their journey of recovery. Our goal is to prevent overdose, reduce withdrawal symptoms, normalize brain chemistry, relieve physiological cravings, and assist clients in achieving the life goals they have set.</span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\">&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\"><span style=\"display:block;font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Directly supervise and develop assigned department staff, as well as attend quarterly supervisor meetings. </span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Develop a work culture of coaching and professional growth for staff that builds trust and support within the team.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Foster a creative and safe therapeutic environment where clients can engage and interact with staff and other clients.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Develop rapport and ensure compliance with the standards, regulations, and laws of the DEA, Department of Mental Health, and CARF accreditation. </span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Cooperate with internal and external sources to ensure that the services provided are of the highest quality, accessible in a timely fashion, and produce positive outcomes for those we serve.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Provide feedback and reports to appropriate management staff and, as appropriate, to funding sources.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Collect and maintain information about clients and document interactions within ReDiscover&rsquo;s designated electronic medical record.</span></span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\">&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\"><span style=\"display:block;font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><b>Requirements of the Position</b></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom:13px\">\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Master&rsquo;s degree in a social science field as defined by the Department of Mental Health that would qualify for licensure in the State of Missouri.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Must have a valid clinical license in the State of Missouri (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP).</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">At least five (5) years of clinical experience in a direct service provision to adults and/or children in a mental health setting is required.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">At least three (2) years of supervisory and management of mid-level employees is required.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">A valid automobile driver&rsquo;s license, appropriate automobile insurance, and a safe, reliable, registered automobile available for use during work.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Ability to flex work schedule to meet program demands.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Familiarity with mental illness and substance use disorders</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Strong communication and customer service skills</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Comfort with electronic health records and intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and use of email)</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:8px\">&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\"><span style=\"display:block;font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><b>Grow With Us</b></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">We&rsquo;re committed to your professional development and will support your growth as a Licensed Program Manager through training, collaboration, and meaningful work.</span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><b>Ready to join a team that&rsquo;s passionate about people?
