About the Treatment Options Program
ReDiscover has two Opioid Treatment Programs that offer medication-assisted treatment for individuals who have an opioid use disorder. We offer methadone and buprenorphine products in conjunction with counseling, groups, case management, mental health support and medication as well as nursing services to help support our clients in their journey of recovery. Our goal is to prevent overdose, reduce withdrawal symptoms, normalize brain chemistry, relieve physiological cravings, and assist clients in achieving the life goals they have set.
What You’ll Do
Directly supervise and develop assigned department staff, as well as attend quarterly supervisor meetings.
Develop a work culture of coaching and professional growth for staff that builds trust and support within the team.
Foster a creative and safe therapeutic environment where clients can engage and interact with staff and other clients.
Develop rapport and ensure compliance with the standards, regulations, and laws of the DEA, Department of Mental Health, and CARF accreditation.
Cooperate with internal and external sources to ensure that the services provided are of the highest quality, accessible in a timely fashion, and produce positive outcomes for those we serve.
Provide feedback and reports to appropriate management staff and, as appropriate, to funding sources.
Collect and maintain information about clients and document interactions within ReDiscover’s designated electronic medical record.
Requirements of the Position
Master’s degree in a social science field as defined by the Department of Mental Health that would qualify for licensure in the State of Missouri.
Must have a valid clinical license in the State of Missouri (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP).
At least five (5) years of clinical experience in a direct service provision to adults and/or children in a mental health setting is required.
At least three (2) years of supervisory and management of mid-level employees is required.
A valid automobile driver’s license, appropriate automobile insurance, and a safe, reliable, registered automobile available for use during work.
Ability to flex work schedule to meet program demands.
Familiarity with mental illness and substance use disorders
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfort with electronic health records and intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and use of email)

Our goal is to prevent overdose, reduce withdrawal symptoms, normalize brain chemistry, relieve physiological cravings, and assist clients in achieving the life goals they have set.\\r\\n\\r\\n \\r\\n\\r\\nWhat You’ll Do\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tDirectly supervise and develop assigned department staff, as well as attend quarterly supervisor meetings. \\r\\n\\tDevelop a work culture of coaching and professional growth for staff that builds trust and support within the team.\\r\\n\\tFoster a creative and safe therapeutic environment where clients can engage and interact with staff and other clients.\\r\\n\\tDevelop rapport and ensure compliance with the standards, regulations, and laws of the DEA, Department of Mental Health, and CARF accreditation. \\r\\n\\tCooperate with internal and external sources to ensure that the services provided are of the highest quality, accessible in a timely fashion, and produce positive outcomes for those we serve.\\r\\n\\tProvide feedback and reports to appropriate management staff and, as appropriate, to funding sources.\\r\\n\\tCollect and maintain information about clients and document interactions within ReDiscover’s designated electronic medical record.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n \\r\\n\\r\\nRequirements of the Position\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tMaster’s degree in a social science field as defined by the Department of Mental Health that would qualify for licensure in the State of Missouri.\\r\\n\\tMust have a valid clinical license in the State of Missouri (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP).\\r\\n\\tAt least five (5) years of clinical experience in a direct service provision to adults and/or children in a mental health setting is required.\\r\\n\\tAt least three (2) years of supervisory and management of mid-level employees is required.\\r\\n\\tA valid automobile driver’s license, appropriate automobile insurance, and a safe, reliable, registered automobile available for use during work.\\r\\n\\tAbility to flex work schedule to meet program demands.\\r\\n\\tFamiliarity with mental illness and substance use disorders\\r\\n\\tStrong communication and customer service skills\\r\\n\\tComfort with electronic health records and intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and use of email)\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n \\r\\n\\r\\nGrow With Us\\r\\n\\r\\nWe’re committed to your professional development and will support your growth as a Licensed Program Manager through training, collaboration, and meaningful work.\\r\\n\\r\\nReady to join a team that’s passionate about people?
