font-size: 10pt\">As one of Ireland’s most progressive and people-focused building consultancies, ORS are strengthening our expert team with a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">site inspector </span>to assist Assigned Certifiers and Technical Advisors within the Building Compliance Team in carrying out inspections on sites as required.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The role involves being familiar with multiple site inspections apps such as ArctechPro, Procore, Siteworks, GoReport and similar based on project requirements. </span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The ideal candidate will have experience inspecting construction work, identifying defects, monitoring progress, reviewing drawings, details and specifications and generating reports.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Photographic and written condition reporting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Carry out site inspections ensuring compliance with the Building Regulations 1997 as amended.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Carrying out inspections against design drawings, details, specifications and approved technical submittals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Generating reports and reviewing with Project Leads.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Planning and coordinating various inspections across multiple sites nationwide.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Keeping a tracker up to date to show availability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Storing reports and photographic recording on cloud-based system.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Briefing contractors of non-conformances or issues identified as part of inspection prior to leaving sites.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge and understanding of Building Control Act.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge and understanding of Building Control Regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge and understanding of Building Standards and Codes of Practice.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure continuous professional development is undertaken to stay up to date with changes in the industry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
