These roles offer a meaningful opportunity to mentor the next generation of nurses in diverse and dynamic clinical settings.</p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 12pt;\">We are looking for individuals with:</p><ul><li><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 12pt;\">Teaching or instructional experience in academic or clinical environments</p></li><li><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 12pt;\">Leadership potential and a strong interest in nursing education</p></li><li><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 12pt;\">Current clinical competency in medical/surgical, mental health, maternal/child health and/or community health practice areas</p></li><li><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 12pt;\">Bilingual proficiency and/or lived experience in Canadian Indigenous communities (preferred)</p></li></ul><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 12pt;\">These term appointments are associated with specific clinical courses and vary in assigned hours, FTE, and shift schedules depending on instructional needs.
