    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Element has an opportunity for an<strong> Environmental Technician</strong> whose prime responsibility is to assist the regional environmental field services department in environmental testing and reporting at project sites.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay: $20-28/Hr DOE</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute testing procedures on customer supplied test samples per standard operating procedures and training procedures</li>\n <li> Program and operate vibration controllers and electro dynamic vibration systems (various models)</li>\n <li> Assist customers with mounting test specimen and fixtures </li>\n <li> Evaluate and characterize fixtures for vibration tests </li>\n <li> Accurately complete technical reports, test results, and all other required documentation </li>\n <li> Execute tests in compliance with quality and safety systems</li>\n <li> Coordinate with department leaders and engineers to maintain testing efficiency. </li>\n <li> Support the department manager in identifying and eliminating workflow / schedule bottlenecks</li>\n <li> Establish and oversee a regular maintenance schedule for all electro dynamic vibration systems and associated equipment</li>\n <li>Conduct various testing per various test standards prescribed by customers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills / Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Science Graduate or higher qualification is recommended but not needed.</li>\n <li>Physical fitness and ability to withstand the challenging working conditions presented by the climbing of stacks and handling heavy industrial</li>\n <li>Strong and determined quality focus with indefatigable determination to get the job done under the most challenging conditions</li>\n <li>Self-motivated team playing with excellent organizational and communication skills</li>\n <li>Willingness to embrace new skills and apply them in a practical context is considered prerequisite</li>\n <li>Must be technically inclined/ hands-on capable</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
