You ensure together with your team that solutions are delivered on time and meet client expectations.</p></li><li><p>You’re client-oriented and communicative and can explain your technical ideas to non-technical contacts. You’re both capable of working on your own as well as in a team with a proactive attitude.</p></li><li><p>You stay up-to-date on the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem. You proactively apply this knowledge in your projects and love to share all your findings within the team.</p></li></ul><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\"></p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong>Required Skills &amp; Knowledge:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Dataverse, connectors and data-integration techniques</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with Dynamics, SharePoint and Azure in relation to Power Platform</p></li><li><p>Proven track record in Power Platform governance: ALM, environments, security/permissions, …</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Power Fx or JavaScript for custom components</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Git, Boards and pipelines).</p></li><li><p>Initial experience with Microsoft Copilot, including agents and Copilot Studio.</p></li><li><p>Ability to design and deliver workshops and training sessions for end-users and administrators.</p></li><li><p>Optional: Experience with Power BI for analytics and dashboards</p></li></ul><p style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\"></p><p><strong><span style=\"color:#4163e8\">Your profile</span></strong></p><ul><li><p>You have 3-4 years hands-on experience in implementing Power Platform solutions, from planning and design to configuring/building/developing the solution to deployment and user adoption.
