Job Summary The Electrical Foreman is responsible for leading and supporting electrical crews on agricultural construction projects, including grain systems and farm facilities. This role oversees all on-site electrical activities while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to Summit quality standards. Duties/Responsibilities  -Schedule, assign, and supervise all electrical activities on the jobsite  -Lead and support electrical crews while maintaining strong jobsite morale  -Review work requests, determine labor and material needs, and set priorities  -Ensure compliance with NEC, project specifications, and quality standards  -Inspect work in progress and completed installations for accuracy and quality  -Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations  -Manage procurement and staging of electrical materials and equipment  -Monitor crew performance and provide coaching as needed  -Maintain clean, organized, and efficient jobsites  -Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills / Abilities - Strong leadership and crew management skills - Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities - Safety-oriented mindset - Ability to read blueprints and electrical plans - Ability to work independently - Willingness to work extended hours (55–65 per week) - Ability to work outdoors in all conditions - Ability to travel as needed Education / Experience - Nebraska Journeyman Electrician license (required) - OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred - 2+ years electrical field experience - Proven leadership experience - Bachelor’s or associate degree in electrical Field preferred Physical Requirements - Ability to lift and handle heavy materials - Ability to work at heights - Ability to wear PPE - Ability to work in varying weather conditions Our Benefits Package Includes - Health and Dental Coverage - PTO and Holiday Pay - 401(k) with Company Match - Company Clothing Allowance - Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance - Life Insurance - Monday–Friday Work Schedule Our Core Values: We’ve Got Each Other’s Backs First and foremost, we are a team.
