That’s why we hire leaders who take ownership, support their crews, and set the standard on every jobsite.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p>The Electrical Foreman is responsible for leading and supporting electrical crews on agricultural construction projects, including grain systems and farm facilities. This role oversees all on-site electrical activities while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to Summit quality standards.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties/Responsibilities</span><br> -Schedule, assign, and supervise all electrical activities on the jobsite<br> -Lead and support electrical crews while maintaining strong jobsite morale<br> -Review work requests, determine labor and material needs, and set priorities<br> -Ensure compliance with NEC, project specifications, and quality standards<br> -Inspect work in progress and completed installations for accuracy and quality<br> -Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations<br> -Manage procurement and staging of electrical materials and equipment<br> -Monitor crew performance and provide coaching as needed<br> -Maintain clean, organized, and efficient jobsites<br> -Perform other duties as assigned</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills / Abilities</span><br>- Strong leadership and crew management skills<br>- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities<br>- Safety-oriented mindset<br>- Ability to read blueprints and electrical plans<br>- Ability to work independently<br>- Willingness to work extended hours (55–65 per week)<br>- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions<br>- Ability to travel as needed</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education / Experience</span><br>- Nebraska Journeyman Electrician license (required)<br>- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred<br>- 2+ years electrical field experience<br>- Proven leadership experience<br>- Bachelor’s or associate degree in electrical Field preferred</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span><br>- Ability to lift and handle heavy materials<br>- Ability to work at heights<br>- Ability to wear PPE<br>- Ability to work in varying weather conditions</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our Benefits Package Includes</span><br>- Health and Dental Coverage<br>- PTO and Holiday Pay<br>- 401(k) with Company Match<br>- Company Clothing Allowance<br>- Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance<br>- Life Insurance<br>- Monday–Friday Work Schedule</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our Core Values:</span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We’ve Got Each Other’s Backs</span></p>\n<p>First and foremost, we are a team.
