Assist passengers in loading and unloading safely and provide excellent customer service to all guests / passengers&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Know your work schedule and follow it with a high degree of reliability.&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"2\"><li>Interact with passengers/guests, vendors, and co-workers in a professional and customer service manner.&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"3\"><li>Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"4\"><li>Perform your job according to standard operating procedures.&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"5\"><li>Read, understand and follow all policies, procedures and practices as stated in the Employee Handbook.&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"6\"><li>Responsible for the safety of passengers and adherence to the agreed upon the Schedule&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"7\"><li>Assist in all aspects of vessel operations and maintenance, including maintaining cleanliness of all areas of the vessel and dock as directed by the Captain&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"8\"><li>Promptly report accidents, injuries, and property damage per U.S.C.G regulations at the direction of the Captain&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"9\"><li>Conduct daily checks of navigational equipment as directed by the Captain&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"10\"><li>Keep accurate communication flowing freely between Beachside Management and Ship Crew&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"11\"><li>Inform management promptly of any weather, maintenance, out of service situations or guest complaints as directed by the Captain.&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"12\"><li>Promote excellent guest service while &ldquo;taxing&rdquo; by demonstrating friendly, courteous and helpful attitudes toward all guests/passengers.&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"13\"><li>Attend all scheduled training classes and meetings.&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"14\"><li>Attend any trainings as requested by the Captain.&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"15\"><li>Continue to learn and grow in your position.&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"16\"><li>Perform any reasonable request as assigned or directed by the Captain.&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"17\"><li>Provide for a safe work environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules.&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"18\"><li>Arrange for reasonable accommodations for person(s) with disabilities.&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"19\"><li>Assist person(s) with a disability.&nbsp;</li></ol><ol start=\"20\"><li>Comply with all applicable federal, state, local and U.S.C.G laws and ordinances as they apply to the vessel, guest&rsquo;s and employees.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Safely assist the operation of the Boat in accordance with US Coast Guard regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Pre and Post safety and engine checks at the start and end of every shift as directed by the Captain<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li><li>Assist passengers on and off Ship<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li><li>Secure vessel for safe underway operations. Rig and handle mooring lines<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li><li>Greet all guests upon arrival and departure.
