The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact (POC) for a Federal DoD PKI Support Services contract and is responsible for ensuring successful execution of all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. This role is empowered with direct access to senior corporate leadership and is supported by immediate corporate decision‑makers to enable rapid issue resolution and proactive program leadership.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Duties / Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead and manage all aspects of this Federal PKI Support Services contract</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of all PWS tasks</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as the primary interface with Government leadership and stakeholders</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure all contractual deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead cross‑functional technical and operational teams, including subcontractors</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage risk, schedule, cost, staffing, and performance metrics</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain compliance with DoD/NSS PKI policy and DoD operational requirements</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Master&rsquo;s degree</strong> in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT‑related discipline (or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree plus two additional years of experience)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of <strong>10 years</strong> of experience in systems engineering or systems administration roles</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Active<strong>&nbsp;TOP SECRET&nbsp;</strong>security clearance with SCI eligibility</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>CISSP</strong> or equivalent certification</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated understanding of DoD/NSS PKI operations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
