    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Purpose</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>The Clinical Manager (CM) provides supervision to direct care staff and other supervisees while managing and leading the day-to-day operations of their assigned program.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Capable of conducting analytical evaluations and communicating with Director and other program stakeholders.</li><li>Preference will be given to persons with a master&#39;s degree in a Behavioral Health field.&nbsp;</li><li>Meet the minimum requirements to obtain clinical privileges by FCC Behavioral Health. &nbsp;</li><li>Clinical Managers for Mental Health programs must meet the Department of Mental Health&rsquo;s definition of a Qualified Mental Health Professional. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Core Job Duties</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Manage and lead the day-to-day program operations. Provide program coverage in areas of need, as necessary.</li><li>Provide feedback and recommendations to include in the program&rsquo;s annual plan and assist with the implementation of the plan (Strategic Plan related to clinical care).</li><li>Identify and address any front-line treatment/service issues (access, efficiency, effectiveness, experience).</li><li>Communicate issues and concerns, provide feedback and recommendations to the Director on a regular basis.</li><li>Conduct monthly focus groups with both clients and staff.</li><li>Organize and facilitate regular, structured clinical treatment team meetings and reviews cases, as assigned.</li><li>Provide direct care services. This may include crisis interventions to persons-served, so knowledge regarding civil involuntary detention procedures is required.</li><li>Conduct chart audits and communicate findings to staff. Develop and provide trainings/inservices to address chart audit findings/trends.</li><li>Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff on a regularly scheduled basis and document the session on the Agency&rsquo;s Documentation of Supervision form in Unbound. The Clinical Manager may also provide supervision to non-clinical staff. Supervision sessions for non-clinical staff must occur on a regular basis, as well and documented on the Agency&rsquo;s Documentation of Supervision form.</li><li>Monitor productivity of staff, assist staff in problem solving when concerns arise, and address any issues, as necessary.</li><li>Monitor program reporting such as late notes, no show rates, append/voids, etc., and addresses issues, as necessary.</li><li>Implement any plan to improve the program&rsquo;s profitability, access to services, quality, etc.</li><li>Participate in and organize (as appropriate) community events/activities.</li><li>Work closely with the Director and team on a plan to improve the program and agency&rsquo;s culture and environment and ensure that the program is honoring the agency&rsquo;s mission and values.</li><li>Ensure the program is providing quality services by developing a thorough understanding of the program&rsquo;s outcomes/measurements. Be familiar with the current status of the program&rsquo;s outcomes. If outcome issues are identified, the CM will work with the Director on a plan to make improvements.</li><li>Develop and consistently follow a program communication plan to ensure information is effectively communicated to program staff.</li><li>Process emails and respond timely during business hours.</li><li>Monitor training plans of supervisees and ensure compliance.</li><li>Adherence to all applicable evidence-based practice models.&nbsp;</li><li>Orally communicate information effectively and accurately.&nbsp;</li><li>Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency&rsquo;s certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Abide by program and agency policies and procedures.</li><li>Other job duties and special projects as assigned.</li></ul></div>\n",
