    "description": "<h2>Position Description</h2>\n<p><strong>At a Glance</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Legrand</strong> has an exciting opportunity for a <strong>Warehouse Supervisor</strong> to join the<strong> Data Center Power and Control Starline Team</strong> in <strong>Canonsburg</strong>, <strong>PA</strong>. In this role, you will lead and support a team across warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, and offsite storage. You will play a key role in creating a positive team environment, driving operational excellence, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all warehouse activities. The hours of operations are Friday, Saturday and Sunday (6pm - 6am).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What Will You Do?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead, coach, and support a team of employees to achieve performance, safety, and quality goals</li>\n <li>Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes engagement and accountability</li>\n <li>Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, and engineering teams to support business priorities</li>\n <li>Plan and adjust team schedules based on workflow demands and priorities</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards</li>\n <li>Support employee development through training, feedback, and growth opportunities</li>\n <li>Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes</li>\n <li>Monitor key metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives</li>\n <li>Assist in problem-solving efforts and implement process improvements</li>\n <li>Provide support across departments as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus</li>\n <li>Experience leading or supporting teams in a warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment</li>\n <li>Experience in fast-paced operational environments is helpful</li>\n <li>Familiarity with warehouse processes, inventory flow, or production operations is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks</li>\n <li>Comfortable using systems and tools such as Microsoft Office or warehouse management systems</li>\n <li>Interest in continuous improvement and problem solving</li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support team development</li>\n <li>Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies</li>\n <li>Exposure to Lean or process improvement concepts is a plus but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Info</h2>\n<p><strong>About Legrand</strong></p>\n<p>Legrand is the global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures.
