Additionally, your duties include placement of temporary and permanent POS (Point of Sale) materials as needed and directed by management. (Non-inclusive description)</p><p><br></p><p>Primary Responsibilities</p><p>Servicing:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>FIFO product rotation; manage, arrange, stock, and merchandise product and product-related POS (Point of Sale) materials within licensed retail outlets.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in the unloading and delivery of product.&nbsp;</li><li>Create, develop, and maintain goodwill in every account.&nbsp;</li><li>Honor all business and personal commitments with your customers.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Merchandising and Quality Assurance:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Rotate, stock, and merchandise product at every retail account.&nbsp;</li><li>Build, merchandise, and maintain all displays with proper POS (Point of Sale).&nbsp;</li><li>Merchandise and stock all coolers, backrooms, retail floor areas, and cold or warm shelves to effectively sell company products.&nbsp;</li><li>Rotate products and adhere to company “Quality Assurance Policy” guidelines and “Move Product Policy” in all accounts.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Related Duties:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Communicate with sales personnel to accomplish account strategies, programs, and commitments.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain adequate POS (Point of Sale) materials in your vehicle at all times.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a neat and professional appearance, abiding by company policy.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive your vehicle safely and with courtesy, obeying all laws, DOT requirements, and company policies.&nbsp;</li><li>Report vehicle damage and required maintenance to management.&nbsp;</li><li>Keep vehicle neat and clean at all times.&nbsp;</li><li>Report competitive activities to your supervisor.&nbsp;</li><li>Attend meetings as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Obey all company policies, including company safety policies.</li><li>Perform other related duties as instructed by management.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Supervisory Responsibilities</p><p>N/A</p><p><br></p>",
